This website (bank.adsoftech.com) is owned and operated by adSoftech, a business run by Madhavi Devi ("we", "us", "our"), trading here as BankbookSoftware, registered at C-5/G-4, Ground Floor, Block-C, Dilshad Garden, Jhilmil, Shahdara, East Delhi, Delhi – 110095, India. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
BankbookMac is an online bank passbook: you enter your receipts and payments directly into the site, and this data is stored on our server so you (and, where relevant, your admin) can view it, add to it, and generate reports from it at any time — it is not a one-off upload. BankReport generates statements, category summaries and ledger listings from that same stored data. Our other services are Excel, Pivot Table and Accounts data-processing services: you upload a raw data file, our systems process it using our own proprietary tools, and return a finished report to you. We do not provide our internal tools, programmes, or source code to clients — only the processed output.
After your free trial ends, continued access requires an active paid plan or admin-granted access. Plans are priced by how many people need their own login — Single User, Up to 5 Users, or 5–10 Users — each available as a 1-year or 2-year subscription. See our for current prices. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with notice.
Plans above the Single User tier let you create additional logins for people on your team, up to the number included in your plan. You remain solely responsible for your account, including all activity performed through any team member login you create, and for revoking access (by blocking or removing the login) when it is no longer needed.
Free-trial accounts are subject to a daily limit on the number of reports generated. This limit exists to keep the service fair and available to all users.
Ledger entries you add to BankbookMac, and files you upload for our other services, are used only to provide you your requested reports and are not shared with any third party. Your BankbookMac ledger data is retained on our servers for as long as your account remains active, so you can access it across sessions; if you close your account, contact us regarding deletion of your stored data. See our Contact page if you have questions.
All tools, programmes, templates, and processing logic used to deliver our services remain the exclusive property of adSoftech. You receive only the output report (and, for BankbookMac, your own entered data); no license to our underlying tools is granted.
We aim to keep our services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, remove, or modify services from time to time.
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing any report before relying on it for business or financial decisions. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including abuse of the free trial or fair-use limits.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

Your first 3 months are free and require no payment, so no refund is applicable during this period. You may stop using the service at any time during your trial with no obligation.
Our paid plans (Single User, Up to 5 Users, or 5–10 Users, each for 1 or 2 years) grant access to our services for the chosen period. Since access is granted immediately on successful payment:
If a payment is deducted from your account but access was not granted, or if you were charged more than once for the same plan, contact us with your payment/transaction ID and we will verify and refund the incorrect amount within 5–7 business days.
There is no auto-renewal — your plan simply expires at the end of its period. To stop using our services, simply do not purchase a further plan; there is nothing further you need to cancel.

On the Categories tab, add your receipt and payment categories (e.g. "Advances", "Marketing") with an opening balance for each. You only do this once.
On the Add Entry tab, choose receipt or payment, pick a category, enter the date, particulars and amount. It's saved to your ledger instantly — keep adding as often as you like.
Still inside BankbookMac, open the Reports tab, choose a report type (Bank Statement, Category Summary, or Ledger Listing) and a date range, then click Generate & Download — no need to leave and open another service.
